$3500 (incl. Tax/Set up/Service Fees)

PLUS a $500 Security Deposit is required. (Refunded if no damage or overtime)
Includes use of Clubhouse for 13 Hours –
Time you, or your vendors, are using the building is considered booked hours -
Music/Event must end by 11PM. Clean -up by 12AM

Payment Schedule:

2. Final Payment due 90 days before event: $3500.00

There is no charge for outside rehearsals that do not require Club access. Outside rehearsals need to be scheduled with Club Representative to avoid conflicts with other events.

Requests for inside access or early drop off on the day before event will be based on availability of the Venue, if no other event is booked, and cannot be approved more than 30 days before the event date. Prior day set up will be an additional $150 to split hours between 2 days. Additional Hours (above the booked package hours) can be added at $150/hour).

The fee includes the set up and breakdown of all tables, chairs, etc. furnished by the St. Petersburg Woman’s Club (see ' What’s Included’ list for complete details). Also, the club’s Onsite Facility Manager will be accessible during your event to answer any questions.
